OWN ART : For UK Collectors and Clients

We are an Own Art partner gallery. Own Art enables us to offer interest-free instalment to our UK clients and collectors for artworks priced between £100 - £2,500. The costs of purchasing an artwork is spread evenly over 10 months. For example an artwork costing £1000 would be 10 monthly interest-free instalments of £100. This service is offered free of charge by the gallery but clients are required to fulfil eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

Own Art is available to UK residents who have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years and are over the age of 18, subject to status.

This means that you must be able to meet one of the following criteria in order to apply for a loan:

• Working at least 16 hours a week(employed or self-employed)

• A retired person in receipt of a pension

• A person in receipt of disability allowance

If you do not meet one of these criteria but are married to or living with a partner who does, then you may still apply provided that your partner is happy for their income details to be included on your application form.

If you are eligible and would like to go ahead please let the gallery know. Applications completed and submitted online and take approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Proof of I.D will be required. Once the agreement has been signed, the process is complete. You can collect your artwork immediately o, if it is currently being exhibited, it can be collected or delivered after the exhibition closes. You will receive a welcome letter from our finance partner Novuna Consumer Finance and following this the 10 monthly payments will be collected from your account via direct debit. This usually starts about four weeks after you have made your purchase. You can contact Novuna to change the payment date to one more convenient for you.
